Appointment of New Directors

Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Muriel Dube and Brian Kiernan as Directors to its Board.

Muriel Betty Nicolle Dube (nee Palmer), 39, is a banker with Investec (Frankfurt: A0J32R - news) plc, who has held several senior management and executive roles in the mining and services industries in South Africa and the UK. Her public sector experience includes positions in the South African Government and the United Nations. She (SNP: ^SHEY - news) serves as a non-executive director on the board of JSE (Berlin: JF6.BE - news) -listed international services, trading and distribution company; Bidvest Group Ltd (Other OTC: BDVSF.PK - news) , as well as EnviroServ, Pty Ltd, a leading waste management company in Africa.

Muriel holds an MSc (KOSDAQ: 009780.KQ - news) in Environmental Change and Management from Oxford University, graduate degrees in politics and social sciences from the University of Johannesburg, and executive development qualifications in leadership and finance from Harvard University and SAID Business School, Oxford University, respectively.

Brian Patrick Kiernan, 46, is a natural resources entrepreneur who was chief executive of Moydow Mines International Inc, a company formerly listed on both the TSX (SNP: ^TSXY - news) and AIM prior to its successful takeover by Franco-Nevada Corporation in January 2010. Mr Kiernan is currently a director of Moydow Resources Ltd and several other private companies in the energy and mining sector principally in Africa.

Mr Kiernan, a graduate from the University of Ulster, Dublin, Ireland (Xetra: A0Q8L3 - news) with a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) in Business Studies, has held the following directorships in companies or partnerships in the past five years:
