Bank of Georgia reshuffles executive board at JSC
LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Bank of Georgia Holdings (BGH) has appointed Irakli Gilauri as the chief executive and chairman of JSC BGEO Group Gilauri will join the business, which was established as a result of the restructuring to act as the Georgian holding company for the FTSE 250 group, from JSC Bank of Georgia, where he is set to be replaced as CEO by Murtaz Kikoria.
In a statement released on Friday, BGH added Archil Gachechiladze, currently the deputy CEO of the investment management division at JSC Bank of Georgia, and Avto Namicheishvili will also join JSC BGEO Group as chief financial officer and group general legal counsel respectively.
BGH shares were up 1.16% to 1,827.00p at 0816 BST on Friday.
