Britain's J-Block gas field returns to service after unplanned outage
LONDON, Aug 11 (Reuters) - The British North Sea J-Block natural gas field returned to service on Monday afternoon after an unplanned outage on Sunday, operator Conocophillips (NYSE: COP - news) said on its regulatory website.
The shutdown started at 1520 local time (1420 GMT) on Sunday and ended on Monday at 1700 local time, Conocophillips said.
The field's typical production rate is 10 million cubic metres per day. (Reporting by Henning Gloystein, editing by David Evans)
