** Japan's SoftBank Group Corp (Xetra: 891624 - news) to buy co for 24.3 bln stg ($32 bln)

** SoftBank will pay 1700p in cash for each ARM share, representing a premium of >40% to Friday's close

** 40 pct of co's 30-day avg vols gone through in the first ten minutes of trade

** Peers Infineon, Dialog, STMicroelectronics (LSE: 0INB.L - news) up 2-4.4 pct
