** Civil and mining contractor NRW Holdings Ltd rises as much as 17.1 pct to its highest level since June 23

** Company has been awarded a contract from Rio Tinto (LSE: RIO.L - news) for contract mining and ore haulage

** The project, which has a value of about A$140 mln, will increase production at Nammuldi mine

** Company is the second top percentage gainer on the ASX All Ordinaries Index
