** Adjusted EPS up 32 pct YoY to 27.1p (vs JPMorgan (LSE: JPIU.L - news) est of 26.3p)

** JPM "overweight" Big Yellow because of quality portfolio, London focus &, in its view, five-star management team. Also, stock trades at discount to NAV, which JPM reckons should close or translate into a premium when storage market further improves
