BUZZ-BP shuts down one of two crude units at Rotterdam refinery -traders

Feb 13 (Reuters) -

** BP Plc shut down one of two crude distillation units (CDU) at its 400,000 barrel per day (bpd) Rotterdam refinery, traders said on Monday

** Industry monitor Genscape reported a shutdown on CDU 3 at the refinery, which according to Reuters data processes 200,000 bpd of sweet crude oil

** Traders who confirmed the shut down said it was unplanned and could last as long as Feb. 24, though details had not been confirmed by those close to the refinery

** BP did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the reported shutdown
