* Dutch FNV union says will reduce operations at Shell (LSE: RDSB.L - news) 's 404,000 bpd Pernis oil refinery by 50 percent on Dec. 7 if pay demands are not met, spokesman Egbert Schellenberg says

* Industrial action will also impact Shell's adjacent Moerdijk petrochemical plants

* FNV seeks 1.5 percent pay rise while Shell has offered 1 percent increase, Schellenberg says
