** Tullow Oil (LSE: TLW.L - news) biggest loser on the Stoxx 600 after Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) analysts cut PT on co (300p v 330p); Barclays also cuts rating on European oil & gas sector to "neutral" from "positive"

** Stoxx 600 Oil and Gas Index down 0.8 pct to its lowest since Feb 2009, and on the verge of falling to its lowest since 2003

** Subsea 7 (Other OTC: ACGYF - news) down 4.3 pct, third-largest loser on the Stoxx 600; Petrofac (Amsterdam: PF6.AS - news) , John Wood Group, Statoil (Hamburg: 1245893.HM - news) down 2.7-3.4%
