** Apple shares down 7 pct after missing iPhone targets, forecast also weak

** Dialog called down 4-5 pct by brokers in pre-market

** Negatives expected for Imagination Tech and ARM (called down 2-3 pct), slight positive for Swatch (up 1 pct), which makes products competing with Apple's Watch
