BUZZ-Galliford Try: top of FTSE 250 on solid FY

** Builder Galliford Try +5.7 pct, on top of FTSE Midcap Index as it points to robust trading after Britain's vote to leave the EU

** Says sales rates and prices at its housing division risen since the vote

** After June 23 referendum, housebuilders suffered severe selloff and numerous commercial property funds saw investors pull out, but in recent weeks, several builders like Barratt and Redrow (LSE: RDW.L - news) have said sales have risen, and data has suggested prices are climbing again

** "Consumer confidence has simply been gradually returning following the referendum," Galliford Try CEO Peter Truscott says

** Posts slightly better-than-expected 18 pct rise in FY PBT to 135 mln stg
