** Gold falls as much as 1.4 pct to $1182.17, down for a second straight session as the dollar climbed on increasing prospects that the Federal Reserve may start raising interest rates gradually this year

** Sibanye Gold Ltd down 4.3 pct at $8.71, Yamana Gold 3.4 pct at $3.70, AngloGold Ashanti Ltd (Xetra: AOD.DE - news) down 2.7 pct at $9.59, Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd 2 pct at $28.28

** Barrick Gold Corp down 2 pct at $11.06, Goldcorp Inc 2 pct at $18.07, Eldorado Gold Corp 1.7 pct at $4.78, Randgold Resources Ltd 1.1 pct at $70.17

** Silver falls 2.1 pct to $16.60 an ounce
