** Company forecasts 2016 production of 32 mln attributable silver equivalent ounces, above 24.7 mln silver equivalent ounces produced in 2015

** 2015 silver production exceeds target of 24 mln silver equivalent ounces; beats expectation for third straight year

** Says brought down net debt levels by 20 pct at the end of the year from half year position

** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had lost about two-thirds its value from a year ago
