BUZZ-Home Retail: Deutsche Bank cuts to "hold" on competition, costs

** Household goods retailer's shares down 4.1 pct, among the worst performing FTSE midcaps after Deutsche Bank cuts rating on co to "hold" from "buy", PT to 160p from 220p

** Worst day for stock since March in healthy volumes; largest loser on the Stoxx 600 Retail Index

** Co, which operates chains Argos and Homebase, to be hit by competition in UK's electrical sector and margin pressures

** About 50 pct of Argos' sales come from electrical, analysts say, adding that dollar strength and the new living wage will affect margins (venkateshasoumithri.mamidipudi.thomsonreuters.com@reuters.net)
