BUZZ-Homeserve: U.S. deal propels stock to 3-year highs

** Repair & insurance co Homeserve (LSE: HSV.L - news) boosted by deal to sell home emergency cover in the United States.

** Agreement with AARP - non-profit organisation that helps people 50 & over improve quality of life.

** Stock up as much as 3.8 pct; already traded full 90-day daily average after only two hours' trade.

** Analysts Liberum reckoned deal being well received despite possible 3 pct reduction to FY 2016 EPS.
