BUZZ-Oil support services dragged lower by Fugro slump to decade low

** Oil and gas support service providers among top fallers on Stoxx 600 as Fugro (Xetra: A0ET3V - news) falls nearly 20 pct to its lowest level in a decade on weak results.

** Co warns it will not pay a dividend in 2014 as lower oil price hits revenues.

** Peers fall on read across: Saipem (Other OTC: SAPMY - news) down by as much as 5 pct, CGG (NYSE: CGG - news) down 2.6 pct, with Subsea , Petrofac, and Technip (Paris: FR0000131708 - news) all down on the day.

** Fugro now down 62 pct YTD, after also falling 19.5 pct on July 10 on poor H1 results.
