BUZZ-Oxford Instruments: Up after co increases revolving credit facility

** Oxford Instruments Plc (LSE: OXIG.L - news) 's shares rise as much as 5.2 pct after co says it increased its revolving credit facility by $37 mln (25 mln pounds)

** Stock is the third largest percentage gainer on the FTSE Midcap Index

** This will be an increase from its current 100 mln stg level, the maker of nanotechnology tools says in a statement

** Says extends tenor of facility to Feb 2020. Existing facility was to mature in Dec 2018
