** Shares bounce back after last week's slide on the back of UK regulator probe.

** Earnings downgrades for Resolution had started before news of probe.

** Mean EPS estimate for 2014 is down just a percent since company's results two weeks ago, according to StarMine, and shares down almost a fifth over that period.

** With 10 holds, analysts on the fence and one of two five-star analysts yet to issue new estimates.

** Stock offering highest dividend yield (7.1%), cheapest on P/B (0.8 times) and at smallest premium to historical P/E valuations vs peers.
