** The real estate investment and services co's shares up as much as 4.4 pct at 466.1p after JP Morgan Cazenove raised its rating on the stock to "overweight"

** "In a lower for longer yield environment, we believe prime real estate with rental growth will be sought out," the brokerage's analysts said

** Stock among top gainers on the FTSE 250 and nearly 40 percent of daily avg trading volume gone through

** Brokerage also raised PT to 530p from 510p
