BUZZ-TUI and Thomas Cook fall on Citi downgrade

** Tour operators TUI (LSE: 0NLA.L - news) and Thomas Cook (Xetra: A0MR3W - news) down 4.1 pct and 6.5 pct respectively after Citi cuts both stocks to "sell" from "hold"

** Sees (Shanghai: 600481.SS - news) growing threats from weaker UK demand, pricing pressure from increased airline capacity and cost pressure from tighter supply/demand from hotels

** Cuts FY16 EPS by 7 pct for TUI and 6 pct for Thomas Cook

** Fourth and second top fallers on Stoxx 600 respectively
