BUZZ-Tullow Oil: Set for worst day since 2004 after rights issue announcement

** Tullow Oil (LSE: TLW.L - news) 's shares set for worst day in almost 13 yrs after announcing 607 mln pound ($749.22 mln) rights issue

** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) down 14.8 pct at 202 pence, hitting their lowest in >7 mths and putting them bottom of the pan-European Stoxx 600

** TLW to issue 466.9 mln shares priced at 130 pence/share, a 45.2 percent discount to Thursday's close of 237.3 pence

** A full day's avg volume had gone through by 0835 GMT

** Thursday's closing price of 237.3 pence is a far cry from record high of 1,601 pence it hit in 2012 during oil price boom
