U.S. stocks edged lower in morning trading Monday amid weakness in oil prices, after a conditional agreement by euro zone finance ministers to extend Greece's bailout sent the Dow and S&P to record levels last week. The Dow Jones industrial average was down 0.31 percent at 18,083.35, the S&P 500 was down 0.24 percent at 2,105.28 and the Nasdaq Composite was down 0.16 percent at 4,948.06.

Citigroup (NYSE: C - news) analysts raised their price target on the cancer drugmaker's stock to $79, according to Theflyonthewall.com.

The cancer test maker said its blood-based diagnostic test was effective in determining hormone levels in breast cancer patients in a study at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

** COOPER TIRE & RUBBER CO (NYSE: CTB - news) , $35.36, -6.23 pct

The tire maker said higher cost structure would hit its operating profit in 2015. "In western Europe, markets have softened, and we expect continued volatility in Russia and eastern Europe," Chief Executive Roy Armes said. The company's fourth-quarter sales fell 5 pct to $820 million.

The Chinese online lottery platform denied talk Chinese government plans to revoke its license and that authorities had detained CEO Man San Law.

"The rumors ... are conveniently being spread during China's seven-day new years' holiday," says company email sent to investors and seen by Reuters. "Mr. Law has not been detained and the company's business continues to operate normally."

Eli Lilly said it would delay its application to market its once-daily diabetes treatment, basal insulin peglispro, beyond the current quarter.

** SHAKE SHACK INC (NYSE: SHAK - news) , $42.91, -4.37 pct

Forbes said late on Friday that the hamburger chain is based on "unsound economics." The report further added that Shake Shack investors may be in for disappointment as company's operating margins are low and closer to those of Noodles & Co than Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc (NYSE: CMG - news) or McDonald's Corp.

The stock, at record highs, remained under-owned by mutual funds and hedge funds. At 15.2 times its forward price/earnings ratio, the stock traded at a discount to the S&P 500 and the IT sub-sector.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS-PB - news) analyst Bill Shope said near term catalysts included Apple Pay, Apple Watch (April launch), sustained iPhone 6 growth and the $130 billion capital allocation update.

Rigel and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co will collaborate to develop and market cancer immunotherapies based on Rigel's TGF beta receptor kinase inhibitors-in-development.

New Residential Investment will buy Home Loan Servicing for about $1.3 bln in cash. The deal value of $18.25/share represents about a 9 percent premium to Home Loan Servicing's closing price on Friday.

** CYBERARK SOFTWARE LTD, $61.43, -12.68 pct

JP Morgan downgraded the cyber security software maker's stock to "underweight" from "neutral", saying "a lot needs to go right to justify current share price... a lot of positive sales execution and expanded distribution is already factored into the stock."

The fuel cell maker signed two fuel cell technology contracts, one with Ardica Technologies and one with an unnamed automotive equipment manufacturer.

Goldman Sachs downgraded the aircraft maker's stock to "sell" from "neutral", according to Theflyonthewall.com. Of 23 other analysts covering it, 15 have "buy" or higher ratings, while seven have "hold" and one has "strong sell".

A Nevada court ruled in favor of Novartis AG (LSE: 0QLR.L - news) , deeming "invalid" two patents covering the cancer-focused biotech's injection, Fusilev.

Roth Capital downgraded the stock to "neutral", saying the company will be hurt by the increasing risk to the Fusilev revenue stream, and halved its price target to $7 from $15.

Canada's Valeant agreed to buy gastrointestinal drugmaker Salix for about $10.1 billion, the companies said on Sunday.

Cantor Fitzgerald raised its price target on Valeant's stock to $214 from $184.

The bank reported a deeper-than-expected 17 percent slide in annual pretax profit and cut its earnings target, saying allegations its Swiss business had helped customers to dodge taxes had brought shame on it.

Africa's top bullion producer said it fell into a loss in the fourth quarter of last year because of costs associated with layoffs and restructuring at its key Ghana operation and accounting adjustments.
