BUZZ-William Hill: profit warning sends stock to >1-yr low

** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) in British bookmaker William Hill Plc (Other OTC: WIMHF - news) fall 5.8 pct to lowest levels since June 2014, as co warns on FY profit after disappointing Q3 results

** Betting company says its net rev fell 9 pct in 13 weeks to Sept. 29; oper profit slumped 39 pct

** Heavy taxation & stern regulation eats up most of its profit

** Stock worst performer on FTSA All Share Travel & Leisure Index as well as on the broader FTSE Midcap 250 Index

** 26 pct of its average volume through within first 15 mins of trading

** Stock down c.10 pct YTD

** Sharp contrast to Ladbrokes (LSE: LAD.L - news) , which jumped almost 9% on Thursday after its Q3 in which it said Rugby World Cup attracted better customer interest than it expected
