Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 21 May 2012 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 320,467 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 124.78 pence per share. The highest price paid was 127.20 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 123.20 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 34,274,026 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 819,742,184 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 813,672,391 (total number of shares in issue minus 6,069,793 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
