    36G Shares Fund

    (the "Sub-fund")

    Removal of the shares of the Sub-funds from the Official List

    The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Directors") wish to announce that pursuant to a board resolution of the Company on 13 February 2012, the Directors have requested that the shares of the Sub-fund (the "Shares") be removed from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. The Termination Date of the Sub-fund was 13 February 2012.

    The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to remove the Shares from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange with effect from 28 March 2012.
