DataCash Group (LSE: DATA.L - news) plc ("DataCash") Agreement with earthport plc ("earthport" or the "Company")

DataCash gets down to earthport in mutual agreement

DataCash announces that it has signed a joint supply agreement with earthport. DataCash and earthport have complementary solutions to the payments market and a commercial deal has been completed in which the companies will resell each others' systems to their own customers.

DataCash will promote the earthport banking network to its customers for transfer of funds and payments. earthport will promote the DataCash portfolio to its existing customers and to new prospects.

earthport will integrate a DataCash link into its UPN platform so that it will provide a seamless banking pay-in and pay-out solution for DataCash customers. Each company will mount a marketing programme of their own product/service base to the other's customer base / network.

DataCash Executive Director, Gavin Breeze, said, "Our agreement with earthport opens a wide range of opportunities for DataCash. It will enable us to provide our Card Services to new customers and offer a range of new services to our existing customers."
