Enform Saskatchewan Relocates Office to Weyburn

New location encourages increased focus on oil and gas safety

WEYBURN, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - Jul 23, 2014) - Enform, the safety association for Canada's upstream oil and gas industry, is pleased to announce the relocation of its Saskatchewan office from Regina to Weyburn. Increased activity in the province has spurred the safety association to relocate its office to provide clients better access to programs and services to improve health and safety for upstream oil and gas workers.

Cameron MacGillivray, President and CEO of Enform, stated, "This relocation recognizes Enform's commitment to support a strong safety focus by companies operating in Saskatchewan's growing oil and gas industry."

As part of the company's mandate to improve and promote health and safety practices in the industry, Enform
Saskatchewan's Weyburn office provides the following services:

  • Information on enhancing the health and safety of workers in reducing incidents in the workplace;

  • Onsite meetings with employers to discuss health and safety initiatives and assist in developing action plans;

  • Information on Enform's training programs and services;

  • Details relating to training providers in the province;

  • A facility to complete online training and exams;

  • Quarterly advisory committees and industry information working group meetings; and

  • Printing of replacement certificates.

Enform is supported by six major oil and gas industry associations and operates as the hub of safety for the upstream oil and gas industry. Enform Saskatchewan serves a variety of industry-related sectors throughout the province, including drilling and service companies, trucking companies, and oil and gas producers.

Enform's new office, located in suite 208, 117-3 Street N.E. in Weyburn, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
