Programme for the Redemption of Collateralised Currency Securities
This Pricing Supplement (as referred to in the prospectus (the Prospectus) dated 24th October 2011 in relation to the above Programme) relates to the redemption of the Collateralised Currency Securities referred to above. The Collateralised Currency Securities have the terms provided for in the trust instrument dated 5 November (Stuttgart: A0Z24E - news) 2009 between the Issuer and [The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c.] as trustee constituting the Collateralised Currency Securities. Terms used in this Pricing Supplement and not defined herein bear the same meaning as in the Prospectus. The particulars in relation to this redemption of Collateralised Currency Securities are as follows
