AGM STATEMENT
Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, announced that at today's Annual General Meeting all resolutions were duly passed.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the resolutions will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority. They will be shortly available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
