TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, F∓C Managed Portfolio Trust plc ("the Company") advises that as at 31 March 2012 the Company's issued share capital consists of 27,364,936 Income shares and 27,404,843 Growth shares, of which 485,000 Income shares and 885,000 Growth shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in F∓C Managed Portfolio Trust plc is 26,879,936 Income shares and 26,519,843 Growth shares.
The above figures (26,879,936 Income shares and 26,519,843 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, F∓C Managed Portfolio Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
