FOUNDRY FUND INC.
RE: Delisting

The Board of Directors of Foundry Fund Inc. (the "Company") wishes to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the Class Series 12 Redeemable Non-Voting Preference Shares and the Class Series 13 Redeemable Non-Voting Preference Shares (the "Shares") of The Aggressive Market Neutral Portfolio (the Fund) , a sub-fund of the Company , from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange .

The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to delist the Shares of the Fund with effect from 3 November 2009.
