Nature of the Event: Closing of acquisition of company in Slovenia

Further to the immediate report dated January 17, 2012 about signing of agreements to acquire approximately 56% of the share capital of the Slovenian public company ETOL Tovarna arom in eteričnih olj d.d. ("Etol"), out of which the acquisition of approximately 31.6% was completed shortly following the signature, the Company hereby announces that on January 17, 2012 the acquisition of the remaining 24.4% was completed, including payment for the remaining shares and the receipt of the court's approval of the transfer of shares.
