The Board of Directors of Greenhouse Offshore Fund wishes to announce that with effect from 6 December 2010, Quantisquare Fund (the "Fund") changed its name to Quantisquare Keytrends Fund.

The delay in the release of this announcement was due to an administrative error and in no way the fault of the Irish Stock Exchange.
