The Grilled Cheese Truck Inc., Licensing Partner SODAK GCT LLC Commences Indian Gaming Strategy; to Exhibit at 30th National Indian Gaming Association's (NIGA) Annual Trade Show and Convention from March 30 to April 2, 2015

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - February 25, 2015) - The Grilled Cheese Truck Inc. (the Company; GCT) (GRLD) announced today that its Licensing Partner, SODAK GCT LLC (SODAK), has commenced its North American, "Native American" Gaming strategy initiatives, exhibiting at the 30th National Indian Gaming Association's (NIGA) Annual Trade Show and Convention from March 30 to April 2, 2015 at the San Diego Convention Center, which is anticipated to be the largest gathering of tribal leaders and casino industry executives in the country.

SODAK GCT LLC is the exclusive licensee of Grilled Cheese Truck Inc., to market The Grilled Cheese Truck Inc., Licensed Goods and Services for all of North America "Native American" Venues including all casinos and casino resorts in North America other than Nevada. This included 460 Indian gaming facilities operated by 242 tribes in 28 states in 2011, according to The 2013 Indian Gaming Industry Report. The Grilled Cheese Truck Licensed Goods and Services include providing Grilled Cheese Truck Inc., branded food products via store front, Kiosk or mobile truck, food and drink catering and autonomous commissary supply; providing food and drink in all Native American "reservations" Venues and on "non Native American" Casino (and attached resorts) Venues excluding Venues in the State of Nevada.

In 1989, Roland Gentner joined Sodak Gaming, Inc and was instrumental in their venture into the newly legalized Indian Gaming industry as the exclusive distributor of IGT slot machines. SODAK became the dominant provider to Indian Gaming including all gaming equipment, supplies and brick and motor financing. In 1993, he led the Company into a public offering. In 1999, the Company was acquired by IGT for $230 million and Mr. Gentner served there for 8 years as the head of their Native America Gaming Group. He was President, COO and CEO of SODAK. He joined SODAK a year after it was founded, but before it embarked on Indian Gaming.
