Disclosure of Interest
The Company was today informed by Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited ("Merrill Lynch (NYSE: MER - news) "), by letter dated 25 November (Stuttgart: A0Z24E - news) 2005, that pursuant to section 199 (2) of the Companies Act 1985, they have an interest in 1,989,512 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company. This represents approximately 10.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The ordinary shares are held by discretionary clients of Merrill Lynch and their subsidiaries.
