Halma p.l.c. announces that on 30 April 2012, 8,029 ordinary shares held by the Company in Treasury were transferred to a participant of the Halma p.l.c. Performance Share Plan 2005, in satisfaction of awards which vested in accordance with the Rules of the Plan.
Following the above transfer, the Company holds 1,396,240 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 377,158,788. |
