ACQUISITION OF STROYPROMOBJECT JSC

Moscow, Russia - 23 April 2012 - HALS-Development (LSE, MICEX: HALS), a major Russian real estate Company, announces that the Company has taken absolute control of StroyPromObject OJSC (registration number: 1037719048619, Tin: 7719281561, address: str.1, bld.2, Shchelkovskoe highway, Moscow, 105122), becoming the owner of 100% of voting shares in the charter capital of this legal entity.

StroyPromObject OJSC holds 50% of shares in the charter capital of Hals-Tehnopark CJSC, which carries out the implementation of the project «Povarskaya».

The date of entering of the voting shares on the custody account in Depositary (VTB Bank): 19 April 2012.
