The Company was notified on Tuesday 20 March 2012 that, on that date, Angus MacDonald, non-Executive Director, purchased 850,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 12.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Angus MacDonald holds 23,524,442 Ordinary Shares representing 17.75 per cent. of the present issued Ordinary share capital of the Company.
