Industrial landlord Segro's full-year NAV rises
Feb 25 (Reuters) - Industrial landlord Segro Plc (LSE: SGRO.L - news) said its full-year net asset value (NAV) per share rose 23 percent, helped by improved asset values and better asset management.
Segro, which develops and manages warehousing and industrial properties, said its net asset value per share rose to 384 pence in the year ended Dec (Shanghai: 600875.SS - news) . 31, from 312 a year earlier.
