Warranty Claim Update

Further to the announcement on 23 December 2011, InterQuest Group plc (AIM: ITQ.L) confirms that the Warranty Claim against the vendors of CCL for the sum of £3,835,909 excluding interest and costs, has been lodged in court today.

The Board will further update investors on this issue as and when appropriate.
