At close of business on 31 October 2012 the Company's issued capital consisted of 815,219,300 Ordinary shares of 10p each.
Therefore, the total number of current voting rights in the Company was 815,219,300.
The above figure (815,219,300 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
