INTER RAO Capital decreased its stake in INTER RAO UES (MCX: IUES.ME - news)
Moscow, May 4, 2012 - Open Joint Stock Company "INTER RAO UES" ("INTER RAO UES", "Company", ticker on MICEX-RTS, LSE (Reg. S): IRAO; on LSE (Rule 144 A): IRAA), the largest diversified utilities holding in Russia, announces that on April 20, 2012 INTER RAO Capital, a closed joint-stock company organized under the laws of the Russian Federation and directly owned by INTER RAO UES, has decreased its stake in the charter capital of INTER RAO UES from 12,54455% to 10,39968% as a result of Share Purchase Agreement execution.
INTER RAO UES has been informed by INTER RAO Capital on the foresaid transaction on May 3, 2012.
