Just Eat appoints Diego Oliva to board

LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Diego Oliva has been appointed to the board of Just Eat (Other OTC: JSTLF - news) as a non-executive director. The company announced on Friday the appointment took effect from September 24.

Oliva spent six years as regional director at Facebook (NasdaqGS: FB - news) , where he built teams, business partnerships and operations in Southern, Central and Eastern Europe, the Benelux and the Middle East and Africa.

He is currently co-founder and chief operating officer of digital smart lock company Glue Home, and previously held senior managerial and executive roles with Tradedoubler (Stockholm: TRAD.ST - news) .

Chairman John Hughes is delighted to welcome Oliva to the board.

"His experience in building strong international teams, product and strategy, coupled with valuable digital marketing insights will be a great benefit to Just Eat as we continue to drive the shift to online ordering in markets of scale."
