Lochard Energy Group plc ("Lochard" or the "Company") announces that a circular has been sent to shareholders of the Company, incorporating a notice of General Meeting. The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Watson, Farley ∓ Williams LLP, 15 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HB at 11.00 a.m. on 20 February 2012 in order to approve various resolutions in respect of Lochard's fundraising as announced on 25 January 2012.
