NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 2nd May 2012, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company's Share Incentive Plan on 1st May 2012.
The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each, using deductions from their salary in each monthly pay period. The SIP Trustees (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) acquired 4,276 ordinary shares by purchase in the market on 1st May 2012 at a total cost of £10,582.22 and allocated them to employees participating in the SIP (SNP: ^SIPY - news) partnership shares.
The following Executive Director purchased ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of £2.45 per ordinary share.
