The following Final Terms have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 6 February 2012 relating to the issue by MAF Sukuk Ltd. of U.S.$400,000,000 5.85 per cent. Trust Certificates due 2017 pursuant to its U.S.$1,000,000,000 Trust Certificate Issuance Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Majid Al Futtaim Holding LLC.
