The financial services holding company named Matthew Grinnell as a managing director. Grinnell, who joins from Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) , will be responsible for Credit Suisse (NYSE: CS - news) 's private equity relationships.
UBS AG (NYSEArca: FBGX - news)
The chief executive of the bank's British operations, Mark Yallop, is stepping down to pursue other business interests, according to an internal memo.
RAYMOND JAMES FINANCIAL INC (NYSE: RJD - news)
The company said it hired a team of financial advisers from UBS Financial Services. Matthew Rogers and Mark Christopher Norton joined Raymond James & Associates Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial.
CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE (NYSE: CM - news)
