CREDIT SUISSE GROUP AG

The financial services holding company named Matthew Grinnell as a managing director. Grinnell, who joins from Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) , will be responsible for Credit Suisse (NYSE: CS - news) 's private equity relationships.

UBS AG (NYSEArca: FBGX - news)

The chief executive of the bank's British operations, Mark Yallop, is stepping down to pursue other business interests, according to an internal memo.

RAYMOND JAMES FINANCIAL INC (NYSE: RJD - news)

The company said it hired a team of financial advisers from UBS Financial Services. Matthew Rogers and Mark Christopher Norton joined Raymond James & Associates Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial.

CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE (NYSE: CM - news)

The bank named wealth management head Victor Dodig as its next president and chief executive, replacing Gerry McCaughey who will retire in September. [ID: nL2N0Q61PP]

BARCLAYS PLC

Barclays has hired Marc Chowrimootoo from Bank of American Merrill Lynch to join its leveraged finance team in Europe, a person familiar with the matter said.

SEI INVESTMENTS CO
