JPMORGAN CHASE & CO (Xetra: 850628 - news)

Win Bischoff, chairman of Britain's accounting watchdog the Financial Reporting Council, will also become chairman of JPMorgan Chase's European arm from January, the investment bank said on Tuesday.

FIDUCIARY TRUST CO

The Boston-based wealth manager said Austin Shapard would take over as chief executive from September, succeeding Douglas Smith-Petersen, who is retiring. Shapard, who will also be the company's president, joins from wealth management firm Rockefeller & Co.

BLACKROCK INC (NYSE: BLK - news)

Top Canadian finance ministry official Jean Boivin will join the London office of BlackRock Inc, the world's largest money manager, the firm said on Monday. Boivin, seen as a contender to head the Bank of Canada one day, is the second most powerful official at the ministry. Boivin will start work as deputy chief investment strategist at the BlackRock Investment Institute on Sept. 15.

NEW CORE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
