Pettit, Donald Myers and Amanda Chow were re-elected directors of the Company. The shareholders of the Company also re-appointed Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants, as auditors and approved the renewal of the Company's 10% Rolling Incentive Stock Option Plan.
