Block Listing Application

NCC Group (LSE: NCC.L - news) plc announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the London Stock Exchange (LSE: LSE.L - news) for the listing of 176,136 ordinary shares of 1 pence each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following schemes:

102,468 NCC Group plc Sharesave Plan

46,398 NCC Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Plan

27,270 NCC Group plc Company Share Option Plan

It is expected that admission of these ordinary shares will become effective on 6 February 2012. These shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the NCC Group plc Sharesave plan, the NCC Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Plan and the NCC Group plc Company Share Option Plan.
